The Challenge.

The Challenge.
The company needed to predict the trend of the shipment numbers and other related metrics for each of their customers. Additionally, they had to consider all aspects related to their service usage, such as the number of shipments, their frequency, and the presence of any service disruptions, like delivery delays or damaged products.

Our Solution.
In DaisyLabs’ Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning division, we developed a time series analysis model to predict the trend of the number of shipments and other related metrics for each customer. Given the need to simultaneously analyze hundreds of thousands of different time series, we implemented an algorithm capable of providing accurate forecasts by leveraging trend and seasonality components, while also ensuring high performance to handle the large volume of time series to be processed.

Furthermore, DaisyLabs developed a classification model to calculate the probability of customer churn, considering all aspects related to their service usage. This model provided the business with a tool to promptly identify customers at risk of churn and take appropriate countermeasures.
